From Pencil Box Collection 3.0

This design uses German short rows for the shaping of the undulations (curves). They are explained in these instructions, however if you are a visual learner, you may find it useful to watch an instructional video (there are several on YouTube). If you have never done them, don’t worry - they are not difficult

Materials

 Super Moon Pencil Box

• 3 mm circular needle with 32” (or longer) cord (or needle size to obtain knitting gauge)

• Optional – a second circular needle in a larger size for CO and BO (I used 4 mm)

• 7 knitting markers in two types or colours – 4 of one type (M1) and 3 of a second type (M2)

• Large tapestry needle for sewing seams and finishing yarn ends 18”x18” pillow form
