Koigu USA Shipping Policy

At Koigu, we want your yarn to arrive safely, quickly, and without surprise customs charges. Please review the shipping information below for U.S. Wholesale and U.S. Retail orders. Our Courier is UPS


Wholesale Customers

 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–6 business days whenever possible.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or large promotions.

Shipping, Duties & Tariffs

  • Orders ship from Chatsworth, Ontario, Canada.

  • We use “Shipper Pays” for wholesale:

    • All U.S. duties and tariffs are included in wholesale pricing.

    • Shipping and carrier fees are not included and will be added to your invoice at billing.

  • This ensures smooth customs clearance with no surprise fees at delivery.

 Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days.

  • Expedited options available upon request.

 Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent via email after shipment.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

 Processing Time

  • Retail orders ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders placed during sales or holidays may take a little longer.

  • Orders ship from Chatsworth, Ontario, Canada.

  • We use “Shipper Pays” for retail:

    • All U.S. duties and tariffs are included in product pricing.

    • Shipping costs are calculated separately and added at checkout.

 Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

 Tracking

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Koigu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist.
